I have 4 years real estate experience. I’ve found several companies on the internet, but I’m still not getting enough jobs this way while the market is slow… any advice?
Has anyone heard of the large real estate investment companies that have you find the property but they buy ?
I have run across large investment companies which state that they will use their money to buy a rehab that you found. Once you oversee the repairs and marketing, and the house sells, they share the profits with you. Has anyone else heard of this? Are these companies legit?

Is anyone interested in becoming part owner of a Real Estate Investment property in Ashland Ohio?
I am looking to purchase either a Quadplex or a Triplex in Ashland Ohio as an investment property using FHA’s first time home buyer program.Because I am going through FHA.I will have to live in one unit myself and then I will rent out the other units.FHA.offers a very low interest rate and is perfect for me getting into my first property.
I am looking for anyone who is interested in co-signing on the deal.I am offering 25% ownership of the property meaning that when I sell the property that person will recieve 25% of the amount it sells for.Is anyone interested?

Does anyone know of any Real Estate marketing websites with unique products?
I know there are MANY websites that offer flyers, pens, calenders, but what about other unique real estate marketing products with catchy phrases are out there? For instance, I have seen a packet of seeds for planting flowers and it said “Grow Your Real Estate Wealth With Us!” or a sponge shaped as a house that said “For All of Your Real Estate Needs Clean Up With ________(Agent’s Name)!” HELP! I need an edge!!!!
Has anyone else been taken by Income Strategies Institute?
Income Strategies Institute (ISI) holds seminars on investing–stock market, real estate, & internet businesses. I attended an ISI seminar in which they offered to educate & train you to successfully trade on the stock and options markets, via seminars & other provided materials. Their speaker was very motivational & I purchased their Bronze workshop program which provided me with webinars, seminars, & materials to learn stock trading & options. This cost me to this point $ 8,015.00. I received 2 poorly written manuals (these manuals appear to contain plagerized materials–no notations or credits given to anyone & no copy right on manuals), attended 2 webinars, & two 2-day seminars on said subjects. The instructors on the webinars promised notes to be emailed to the students within a day or two. Instead, it took a week+ & seminars were worse! I found everything ISI had charged me for was available on-line or via other sources for free! ISI would not refund my money when asked!
Does anyone have connections in real estate construction or development?
I graduated last August with a bachelor degree in finance, and I would like to get a job with a real estate development or construction company. Some type of training program possibly in the area of project management would be great. I have no experience, but I learn very quickly and have great work ethic.
I currently live in Fort Worth, TX, but I am willing to relocate given the right opportunity.
