There are lots of American investors interested in Costa Rica at the moment. Your best bet would be to find an American commercial real estate broker or investment professional with a good reputation and experience, send him a prospectus on your investment opportunity, and negotiate terms for him to bring in investors for a percentage commission. How can you find such a person? Your attorney in Costa Rica may have such contacts. Good luck!
