Could DUI Laws be one of the Vehicles to take away our Constitutional Protection?
Politicians are planning to put the U.S. under an International Marxist New World Order dictatorship by various means. MADD claims they want to get drunk drivers off the road. Can the law prevent accidents? Are the new harsher penalties a solution? Is that the real reason for the harsher laws? What is the real motive behind the creation of new stricter DUI laws? The first thing I noticed is DUI laws do not require the arresting cop to read you your Constitutional Miranda Rights. And when no accident or problem has been caused by the driver who has been pulled over, or was forced to go through a police road block, or was stopped for some other reason, or encountered a cop who got suspicious. The suspect can be arrested for a crime that has not been committed, simply on suspicion that he might cause an accident. This is like other people being arrested for murder and given the death penalty, simply because they had a gun or a rock or anything that could be interpreted as a deadly weapon in their vehicle.

For example, politicians have scared people into thinking that unless we crack down on drugs, we will have anarchy with criminals roaming the streets. So they made some laws that allow the authorities to seize the private property of any suspected drug ring or person. All they have to do is plant some drugs in a house or vehicle. Then the authorities can ignore their Constitutional Rights and confiscate the vehicles, bank accounts, and real estate of that group or person and sell it on their black market without a trial.

Let’s see if you think this MADDness is justice, or lynch mob rule. Arnold Swartzanager is hurting for money to balance his budget, and please his sources of money for his election (which includes MADD who want to get revenge against all drinkers for the death of a relative), so he has decided to double the penalties for a first time DUI offender from 9 months to 18 months of weekly classes at $25 each, and increase the fines from several hundred dollars, to a few thousand dollars. And also to force first time offenders to pay several hundred dollars to install a breathalyzer device (the breathalyzer companies pay for the election of these politicians who support them, a good investment in a bad economy) in the first time offender’s car, so they cannot start them if they even used Listerine. They are testing it in some counties in California now. And they are considering installing cameras. And if you cannot pay for all this, they will put you in debtor’s prison. More and more innocent people will be put in jail.

If MADD can get the breathalyzers, then they will get the cameras. Once they create this precedent, then cameras will become standard equipment in ALL vehicles, homes, businesses, public places. Then when Big Brother decides to crack down, he can listen to your conversation and watch anyone who utters key words tracked on the Internet by satellite anywhere they are as a Political Enemy, and you will be arrested as a Terrorist Suspect. The laws are in place for this very thing.

Robert Kiyosaki’s adivice?

What do you think of it?
i think he and his advice is more than just a get rich quick fling. Most guys you see on the infomericals like jeff paul for example are short term get rich quick internet millions crap. i find kiyosaki’s adivce in his books more long term adivce slower advice. buy real estate to create passive cash flow while you wait for the market to recover. This advice is far more different than the other so called wealth building experts. and Kiyosaki says to and talk to other professionals too so its not like do what i did and you’ll be rich. I plan on following his adivice soon and also read other books he recommends. what do you think?

Why don’t I like to give to charity?

Okay I am rich and I did vote for Obama. Oh, and Yes rich people can and do use the internet!!!! I made and continue to make money as a real estate developer and have owned my company since I was 24. I’m now 32. Last week I bought a commercial property at auction from a little black man that couldn’t make his payments and it went to auction I paid 306K for it and it appraised at 515K this week IN today’s market!!!!! WOW!! Anyway, I guess I voted for Obama because I think poor people should abort their babies because they will grow up poor and more than likely ugly, I also voted for him because I wouldn’t give 10% of my income to some clown that calls himself a preacher. I am religious though but not a die hard. Well I am worth about 5 million and don’t want to share it with people that are going to use it for cotton candy and malt liquor or what ever else poor people buy.

I think I have a good chance of getting a job with CB Richard Ellis (Commercial Real Estate Company) as a Researcher. The position is as follows:

Conducts informational research on market and clients by using such methods as the Internet to locate general property and ownership information. Maintains database by inputting updated information on investors, tenants, vendors and properties. Conducts cold calls with the intention of producing leads to represent clients for their real estate transactions. Assists in the preparation of client and prospect materials.

Is my short background
-B.A. in Business Adiministration
-1 year experience in this field
-I live in California (Cost of living is pretty high)

What shoul I ask for as a starting salary??? There is not a lot of information about this particular position, but I have heard and read this company pays well

Much of BOTH the 2001 Crash and the 2008 market crash had all to do with SPECULATORS over charging for Internet Technology between 1997-2001 and disgusting amounts for real estate between 2004-2008. So apart from the fact that business, congress and people themselves bought most of this around how is Obama responsible for unemployment that happened because of events that occurred towards the end of Clinton’s terms and well into Bush’s second term?

I’m not an Obama fan. Actually I don’t much like him but blaming Obama for today’s unemployment is one of the dumbest ****ing examples of republican party line politics I’m seen in my entire life.
